No, an Athlete Item may only be used in one Lineup at a time. Once an Item has been set in a Lineup, and it's specific game has begun, it cannot be removed until the game week has concluded.
A User also cannot use the same Athlete twice in the same Lineup, even if the User has two different Items in their Inventory with the same Athlete. For example, the same WR cannot be inserted into the same lineup as another WR, FLEX, or SFLEX.
